A Helping Hand

I can’t recommend Amanda enough. I first found her on TikTok during one of the hardest times of my life  2025 was a year full of panic attacks, anxiety, and moments where I honestly felt like I was losing my mind. Despite seeing multiple doctors, no one could explain why I was feeling the way I did. I even had to call an ambulance at one point, and still, I was left without answers.

Then I came across Amanda’s content. She openly and vulnerably explained PMDD, and for the first time in a long time, I felt understood. Her videos made me feel comfortable enough to reach out to her directly, and she responded with clarity, compassion, and honesty. She explained PMDD in detail and encouraged me to advocate for myself a message I desperately needed, because prior to this, I had been misdiagnosed with bipolar disorder and put on medications that only made my situation worse.

Thanks to Amanda’s guidance, I spoke to my doctor about PMDD and finally received the correct diagnosis last month. I’m now on a progesterone-only birth control, working with a therapist, following a PMDD-friendly diet, and my mental health has improved dramatically.

Amanda’s openness, expertise, and willingness to share her knowledge truly changed my life. I’m deeply grateful for her content, her friendship, and the way she empowers others to advocate for their own health. If you’re struggling or even just curious about PMDD, Amanda is someone you want to follow and learn from.
