My internship with She’s Social: week 4: a busy week

Hi Blog world,

First, Happy Fourth of July! I hope each one of you had a fun and safe holiday weekend. I enjoyed my weekend.

With that being said I was eager to get back to my internship.  This week has been a busy one! I had to do some basic research on breakups-something I know very little about. I got to collect names of celebrities that could be featured on our project. The most fun I had this week was seeing the different types of content pages for different women’s magazines. I really liked some of the designs; especially the fashion ones.

Being an intern, and having a visual impairment does have its challenges-Because I use a screen reader system called ZoomText, I had to save my documents to PDF format in a different way, I got it done, and I’m so proud of the fact that I was able to do it.

I have also worked on keeping our transcribing folder up; it’s slowly getting done, it’s a work in progress.

I’m super excited to start helping out with the social media.

Blog soon,
